Russ Nichols, MD is a Board Certified Family Practice Physician who joined Morrow County Health District full-time in July 2008. He received his undergraduate degree from Oregon State University and his Doctor of Medicine Degree from Oregon Health & Science University, where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.

Dr. Nichols performs colonoscopy and upper endoscopy studies as well as vasectomies at Pioneer Memorial Hospital. He also has an interest in sports medicine and pediatrics. He is also an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at OHSU, teaching medical students and resident physicians.

Dr. Nichols and his wife Toni have four children: Hunter, Madelyn, Trevor, and Lilyanna. His other interests include running, basketball, golf, hunting, and fishing.
