Julie Baker joined Morrow County Health District (MCHD) in September 2023 as the Compliance Officer, bringing over six years of compliance experience. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Child and Family Studies and Liberal Studies from Portland State University and an Associate's in Business from BMCC.

Julie is dedicated to ensuring that MCHD upholds strong compliance practices to provide safe and effective care for the community.

Julie grew up in Morrow County and cares about the importance of accessible healthcare in rural areas. She appreciates MCHD's efforts to support and meet the unique needs of local communities. She is deeply committed to serving others, both in her professional role and as a community volunteer. 

Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, particularly in the mountains. She has a soft spot for dachshunds and loves exploring creative projects and mastering (or attempting to master) new skills.
